1. Bezahlung<\/strong><\/h3>

Um eine Buchung zu best\u00e4tigen, muss ein nicht erstattungsf\u00e4hige Kaution von 30%<\/strong> des Gesamtpreises ist erforderlich. Dieser Vorschuss sichert Ihre Reservierung - insbesondere bei Drittanbietern wie Riads, W\u00fcstencamps oder Transportpartnern - und wird je nach Art der Reise und der verbleibenden Zeit bis zur Abreise berechnet. Die Restsaldo<\/strong> muss bezahlt werden bei der Ankunft in Marokko<\/strong>sp\u00e4testens vor Beginn des Dienstes durch eine der folgenden Zahlungsarten:<\/p>

\u00a0- Barzahlung in marokkanischen Dirham (MAD)<\/strong> Vor Ort<\/p>

\u00a0- Bank\u00fcberweisung in USD \/ GBP \/ CHF \/ EUR<\/strong> mit Transaktionsnachweis<\/p>

\u00a0- PayPal-Zahlung<\/strong> mit Best\u00e4tigung<\/p>

In besonderen F\u00e4llen - insbesondere w\u00e4hrend der Hochsaison (z. B. Weihnachten, Neujahr)<\/strong> oder f\u00fcr ma\u00dfgeschneiderte private Arrangements<\/strong> - behalten wir uns das Recht vor, zu verlangen vollst\u00e4ndige Vorauszahlung<\/strong>die zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung klar mitgeteilt werden.<\/p>

2. Stornierung durch den Kunden<\/strong><\/h3>

Die Stornierung muss schriftlich erfolgen schriftliche Form per E-Mail<\/strong> zuthedesertvibes@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>. Erstattungen werden auf der Grundlage des Stornierungsdatums wie folgt bearbeitet:<\/p>

\u00a0- Bis zu 30 Tage vor der Abreise<\/strong>: 70% Erstattung<\/strong>\u00a0
\u00a0- 10 bis 29 Tage vor der Abreise<\/strong>: 50% Erstattung
\u00a0- <\/strong>Weniger als 10 Tage vor der Abreise<\/strong>: Keine Erstattung<\/strong><\/p>

Diese Politik gilt unabh\u00e4ngig vom Grund der Stornierung<\/strong>. Wenn der Kunde beschlie\u00dft, die Reise zu stornieren oder zu beenden nach seinem Start<\/strong>F\u00fcr bereits erbrachte oder begonnene Leistungen wird keine Erstattung gew\u00e4hrt. F\u00fcr jede nicht in Anspruch genommene Dienstleistungen von Dritten<\/strong> (z.B. Riads, Camps, Transfers), bei denen wir eine Erstattung erhalten, leiten wir 100% dieses Betrags<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Gast.<\/p>

3. Annullierung durch Desert Vibes<\/strong><\/h3>

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, eine Tour zu stornieren oder abzubrechen, wenn:<\/p>

\u00a0- die die Sicherheit der Teilnehmer ist gef\u00e4hrdet<\/strong> (z. B. aufgrund politischer Unruhen, Unwetter oder gesundheitlicher Risiken)
\u00a0- Es gibt gesetzliche oder beh\u00f6rdliche Einschr\u00e4nkungen<\/strong> die uns am Betrieb hindern
\u00a0- h\u00f6here Gewalt<\/strong> eintritt (z. B. Naturkatastrophen, Erdbeben, Pandemien)
\u00a0- die der Wechselkurs schwankt mehr als 10%<\/strong> zu unserem Nachteil<\/p>

In diesen F\u00e4llen bieten wir an:
- a vollst\u00e4ndige Erstattung<\/strong> aller erhaltenen Zahlungen oder ein Umbuchung<\/strong> f\u00fcr ein sp\u00e4teres Datum oder auf der Grundlage eines aktualisierten Wechselkurses<\/p>

Wenn Teilnehmer respektloses oder unangemessenes Verhalten zeigen<\/strong> gegen\u00fcber unserem Team (z.B. Beschimpfungen oder unanst\u00e4ndiges Verhalten), behalten wir uns das Recht vor die Reise ohne Erstattung zu beenden<\/strong>.<\/p>


4. Besondere Hinweise<\/strong><\/h3>

\u00a0- Die R\u00fcckerstattung erfolgt \u00fcber die urspr\u00fcngliche Zahlungsmethode (abz\u00fcglich etwaiger Transaktions- oder Bankgeb\u00fchren).
\u00a0- Zus\u00e4tzliche Geb\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen anfallen f\u00fcr internationale \u00dcberweisungen oder PayPal-Transaktionen<\/strong>die in der Verantwortung des Gastes liegen.
