1. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>

To confirm any booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30%<\/strong> of the total price is required. This advance secures your reservation \u2013 especially with third-party providers such as riads, desert camps or transport partners \u2013 and is calculated based on the nature of the trip and the time remaining until departure. The remaining balance<\/strong> must be paid upon arrival in Morocco<\/strong>, at the latest before the start of any service, by one of the following payment methods:<\/p>

\u00a0– Cash payment in Moroccan Dirham (MAD)<\/strong> on-site<\/p>

\u00a0– Bank transfer in USD \/ GBP \/ CHF \/ EUR<\/strong> with proof of transaction<\/p>

\u00a0– PayPal payment<\/strong> with confirmation<\/p>

In special cases \u2013 particularly during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, New Year)<\/strong> or for customized private arrangements<\/strong> \u2013 we reserve the right to request full advance payment<\/strong>, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.<\/p>

2. Cancellation by the Customer<\/strong><\/h3>

Cancellations must be submitted in written form via email<\/strong> to\u202fthedesertvibes@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation date as follows:<\/p>

\u00a0– Up to 30 days before departure<\/strong>: 70% refund<\/strong>\u00a0
\u00a0– 10 to 29 days before departure<\/strong>: 50% refund
\u00a0– <\/strong>Less than 10 days before departure<\/strong>: No refund<\/strong><\/p>

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation<\/strong>. If the customer decides to cancel or terminate the trip after its start<\/strong>, no refund will be issued for services that have already been rendered or begun. For any unused services provided by third parties<\/strong> (e.g. riads, camps, transfers) where we receive a refund, we will forward 100% of that amount<\/strong> to the guest.<\/p>

3. Cancellation by Desert Vibes<\/strong><\/h3>

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a tour if:<\/p>

\u00a0– the safety of participants is at risk<\/strong> (e.g. due to political unrest, severe weather, or health risks)
\u00a0– there are legal or governmental restrictions<\/strong> that prevent us from operating
\u00a0– force majeure<\/strong> occurs (e.g. natural disasters, earthquakes, pandemics)
\u00a0– the currency exchange rate fluctuates more than 10%<\/strong> to our disadvantage<\/p>

In these cases, we offer:
– a full refund<\/strong> of all payments received or a rebooking<\/strong> for a later date or based on an updated exchange rate<\/p>

If participants display disrespectful or inappropriate behavior<\/strong> toward our team (e.g. verbal abuse or indecent conduct), we reserve the right to terminate the trip without refund<\/strong>.<\/p>


4. Special Notes<\/strong><\/h3>

\u00a0– Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (minus any transaction or banking fees).
\u00a0– Additional fees may apply for international wire transfers or PayPal transactions<\/strong>, which are the responsibility of the guest.
